Create new tracks from your songs
A track generator that starts from your music, not a blank prompt. Upload a song and ChordSonic reads its key, tempo and chords — then builds new tracks on that same foundation: backing tracks, jam versions and fresh arrangements that stay in the song's key and groove.
This generator is in development. The chord, key and tempo detection it will build on is already live and free — try it on any track while the generator is on the way.
Create tracks from your own music
We're building a track generator that turns any song's detected key, tempo and chords into new tracks of your own. Want a heads-up the day it ships?

Start from your song
Drop an MP3 or WAV. ChordSonic detects the key, tempo and full chord progression — the same analysis that already powers the chord finder today.
Generate new tracks
From that analysis it will create new tracks built on the same key, tempo and chords — backing versions, jam takes and rearrangements that share the song's harmony.
Play, practice, build on it
Listen back, play along, or use a new track as a starting point for your own idea. Everything stays anchored to the music you uploaded.
New tracks, built from a song you already have.
This isn't generic text-to-music. The generator reads the key, tempo and chord progression out of a track you upload and creates new tracks that share that exact structure — so what comes out is recognisably connected to what you put in.
Use it to spin up a backing track to jam over, hear a progression as a full-band arrangement, or generate a fresh take you can build a new song on. Because it's anchored to your own music, the results stay musically coherent instead of drifting off into something unrelated.
Track Generator FAQ
What is the track generator?
It's a way to create new tracks from a song you already have. Upload a track and ChordSonic detects its key, tempo and chord progression, then generates new versions built on that same musical foundation — backing tracks, jam versions and fresh arrangements. It starts from your song, not a blank text prompt.
How is this different from other AI music tools?
Most generators start from a text description and invent something from nothing. ChordSonic starts from your actual song: it reads the real key, tempo and chords out of the audio and creates new tracks anchored to that structure. That linkage — generation grounded in a track you uploaded — is the whole point, and it's what our chord, key and tempo detection already does today.
What can I make with it?
Backing tracks to practice and jam over, alternate takes and rearrangements of a progression, and instrumental beds to write new ideas on top of. Everything is built from the key, tempo and chords of the song you bring, so the new tracks stay in the same musical world as the original.
Who is it for?
Musicians who want to practice and improvise over their own songs, songwriters looking for a quick arrangement to build on, and anyone curious to hear a track reworked while keeping its harmony and groove. If you can upload a song, you can generate from it.
Does it copy or clone the original song?
No. It doesn't reproduce the original recording. It works from musical facts — key, tempo and chord progression — and generates new audio that shares that structure, the same way a band can play its own version of a song from the chord chart.
When is it launching?
It's in development. The analysis it's built on — chord, key and tempo detection — is already live and free to use. The track generation is what we're building next; add your email and we'll tell you the moment it's ready.
