How do I remove vocals from a song?

Is this a lyrics remover too?
It is the same thing under another name. A lyrics remover, a vocal remover and a lyric remover all describe one job: taking the sung words out and leaving the music. Because the words only exist inside the vocal performance, removing the vocal removes the lyrics with it — there is no separate step, and nothing to switch on.
Can I get the separate stems, not just the instrumental?
